01 / What we provide
Scope of Services
K.W. Nelson Cleaners agrees to carry out the cleaning tasks selected during your booking. The service may cover residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, and agreed eco-friendly options.
The booking confirmation records the address, requested areas, visit date, and any special instructions.
Workplaces
Scheduled cleaning for offices and small commercial premises, subject to access and site requirements.
Deep and moving cleans
Detailed cleaning for heavier build-up or a change of occupant, based on the agreed task list.

Access and preparation
- Provide safe access at the confirmed time.
- Secure valuables, confidential papers, and fragile items.
- Tell us about alarms, pets, hazards, parking, or restricted rooms.
Safe conditions
- Keep children and animals away from active cleaning areas.
- Disclose mould, pests, bodily fluids, sharp objects, or unsafe surfaces.
- Do not ask a cleaner to handle hazardous materials or unsafe equipment.
03 / Booking details
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Prices are based on the service requested, property details, and the time or scope agreed with you. Payment is due according to the booking confirmation. Extra work requires your approval before it is added.
Payment
We may request payment at booking or after the service, as stated in your confirmation. Please raise a billing concern promptly so it can be checked against the agreed work.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Late changes, missed access, or cancellations may incur a charge where time has been reserved or travel has already started.
04 / Fair limits
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care while working at your property. You must tell us about delicate finishes, recently repaired surfaces, known defects, or items that need special handling before the service begins.
Where a concern arises, contact K.W. Nelson Cleaners promptly with the booking details and a clear description. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate response under Australian Consumer Law.

Give us a fair chance to inspect and address a cleaning concern before arranging third-party work.
Property information
We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, inaccurate instructions, pre-existing wear, or unsafe conditions not disclosed to us.
05 / Applicable rules
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the applicable laws of Australia. Disputes should first be discussed with K.W. Nelson Cleaners in good faith.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
